Ingredients
2.4 dl hot water (not boiling, to preserve nutrients)

1/2 fresh lemon (juice squeezed)

2.5 cm fresh ginger (peeled and grated or sliced)

2.4 dl cayenne pepper (optional, for a little spice)

2.4 tsp raw honey or a dash of stevia (optional for sweetness)

Instructions
Prepare the ginger: Place the sliced ​​or grated ginger in a mug.

Infuse: Pour the hot water over the ginger and let it steep for about 3 to 5 minutes to bring out the flavor and natural oils.

Add citrus: Squeeze the fresh lemon juice into the mug. Stir well.
